Bangalore Central University Released Exam Fee Notification For Under Graduation Students

Bengaluru Central University is a state university, located in Gandhi Nagar, Bangalore. It was established in 1858, and inherits the legacy of 160 years old of Bangalore University. Extension of the last date for payment of II and IV Semester UG Examination of May-June-2020-reg.

In continuation of this office fee collection Notification dated 20.03.2020, it is to notify that, due to COVID-19 the last date for payment of Examination Fee for Second and Fourth Semester UG Examination is extended up to 15.08.2020. without any penal fee.
There is no change in other procedures. No further request will be considered for further extension for payment of Examination fee.

NOTE:
1. Regarding the requirement of a minimum percentage of attendance for the students, the period of lockdown may be treated as “deemed to be attended’ by all the students.

2. The students of II semester and IV semester students shall pay their examination fee and submit the application online only. II and IV semester examination process will be conducted as per Government Order No. ED/197/UNE/2020, Bangalore, Dated: 10.07.2020.

The Student can pay the examination fee at the University designated bank. The student is required to generate appropriate “Fee remittance challan” from the Web Portal, pay the stipulated fee at the University designated bank branches spread across the state.

2. What is the passing marks in Bangalore Central University?

Candidates who have obtained a minimum of 35% marks in university examination (i.e. 25 marks out of 70 marks of theory examination) and 40% in aggregate (i.e., a total of university examination and internal assessment marks) in each subject shall be eligible for a pass or exemption in that subject.

Students can follow the steps mentioned below to check the BCU Result online. Step 1: Visit the website, bcu.ac.in. Step 2: Bengaluru Central University’s official website will open. Step 3: Click on the result link and a new page will display.
