The popular courses offered at the university include B.Ed, M.Sc, Ph.D., MA, B.E, M.Arch, and LLM. Admissions to most of the courses are done on the basis of merit while for certain courses the score of exams like GATE, KCET, UGC NET/ CSIR NET will be required.

It is hereby notified that II & IV Semester MBA (Day & Evening) Examination will be held during September -2020. The detailed time table and center of Examination will be notified in due course.
Further as per the resolution of the syndicate dated 04.02.2015 in addition to the Examination fee the candidates who are appearing for 4th Semester P.G Examinations of all faculties as Fresher have to pay the Prescribed degree certificate fee.

2. What is the passing marks in Bangalore University?
Candidates who have obtained a minimum of 35% marks in university examination (i.e. 25 marks out of 70 marks of theory examination) and 40% in aggregate (i.e., a total of university examination and internal assessment marks) in each subject shall be eligible for a pass or exemption in that subject.
