How will they take care of the safety of the students and maintain social distancing?
According to the guidelines of the ministry of home affairs schools and colleges will remain close till 31st July. Rajesh Pokhriyal Nishank replies that there is no fixed date to reopen the schools and colleges The school will reopen with the mutual decision of state government and health ministers. as per till now the new admission will take place in the month of August and the new batch is expected to start from September.
Schools Are Asking For Admission Fees
Parents are complaining that no study is taking place during the lockdown then why should they pay the fees, even teachers are complaining that they are not getting their payments, Rajesh Pokhriyal Nishank replies that these problems should be solved by the state government only.
Students Are Demanding To Reduce Their Syllabus
Rajesh Pokhriyal Nishank explained that they are thinking to do so. Moreover, The HRD Ministry indicated in a statement that the new NCF for School Education has been started. In accordance with the new NCF, the textbooks will be expected to change by NCERT. The syllabus will be examined by the subject experts for school education and the interim report are expected to be submitted by December 2020. The final and new National Curriculum Framework (NCF) will be prepared by March 2021.

HRD Minister says schools to reopen after August
After weeks of confusion from students, teachers and parents, HRD Minister Ramesh Nishank Pokhriyal in an interview finally revealed that schools and colleges would be reopened after August 2020, possibly even after August 15, 2020.
“We are trying to get declared all the results from the examinations this session by August 15,” said the HRD Minister.
“This means those exams which have already taken place before and those which are taking place now,” Pokhriyal added in the interview.
