Job Description:-Responsible to keep sales entry, purchase entry and cash entries.Responsible for the issue of cheque for payments (Cash deposit and withdrawal).Responsible for preparing vouchers for incoming and outgoing stocks and posting in the system.Responsible for all tally related work (Generation of day book, Profit and loss and trial balance).Responsible to keep an interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance.Responsible for assisting in preparing the funds/cash flow statement periodically to forecast the fund requirement.Responsible to assist on maintaining all the bank transactions includes loan, current accounts and annual reports.
